Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by

meet our contractual and legal obligations. - For students, customers, and suppliers, we collect information so that we can deliver our services and take payments.
We also require students’ driving licence numbers to be able to book practical tests. We also require access to other documents that may entitle a student to apply for a driving licence. This may include passport information verifying date of birth and country of origin. We also record students’ lesson and test dates and times and training progress for operational purposes.
We may share this information with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
(a) Your consent. You can remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting Paul Dickinson. We will then dispose of your information by deleting contact details as required by you.
(b) We have a contractual obligation.

Your information is securely stored. We do NOT store any credit or debit card numbers.
